Since 17 years LACKNER & KABAS stands for "Applied Psychology for the Professional- and Economic World".

The cooperation between Mag. Alfred Lackner und Dr. Mag. Christoph Kabas started in 1992 with the idea of an innovative diagnostic tool. After years of research and development (this was the subject of Dr. Mag. Kabas dissertation) the Vienna Potential Analysis^© was born.
In the following years additional products have been developed and adapted to the specific target groups and fields of application. At the same time adjoining business areas have been exploited.

Today LACKNER & KABAS serves their customers directly as well as through authorised distributors in the areas of personnel- and management diagnostics, personnel development, team building, organistional diagnostic, organisational development and career counseling.
